Your details stay tied to the service.

When you request a quote or contact BAS Golf, we may collect your name, mobile number, optional email address, preferred contact method, pickup city or ZIP, and details about your clubs and requested service.

The website does not require an account and does not collect payment-card information through the quote form.

Information is used to review your request, clarify specifications, prepare a quote, plan pickup and return, perform and document approved service, communicate job status, and provide support.

BAS Golf does not sell your personal information. Information is not used for unrelated marketing without a separate permission or request from you.

If you send club photos to BAS Golf through an approved contact method, they are used only for quote review, service planning, condition and job records, and support. Customer-submitted photos are not permission for marketing use.

Photos BAS Golf takes before, during, or after service are handled separately. Any marketing use is subject to the service policy and any permission BAS Golf requests; customer-submitted images are not automatically included.

Quote forms are delivered through Web3Forms. BAS Golf may then use business service providers to communicate, prepare quotes, schedule work, maintain customer and job records, and process approved payments.

Those providers process information for the requested service under their own security and privacy terms. BAS Golf shares only the information reasonably needed for that work.

BAS Golf keeps inquiry, quote, customer, and job information as reasonably needed to respond, provide service, maintain business records, resolve support questions, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

To ask what information BAS Golf has about you, request a correction, or request deletion, email justus@dfwgolfgrips.com. Some records may need to be retained when required for active service, payment, tax, dispute, or other legal obligations.
